Two-hour Master class

Making Khinkali (traditional Georgian giant dumplings meat and/or vegitarian)

Making Khachapuri (Imeruli, Ajaruli and Lobiani) - cheese, bean and meat filled griddle baked flat breads

Cooking Georgian Starters (aubergines, beans, spinach) with walnuts and the Georgian Spices

 

Three-hour Master class

Cooking vegetarian dishes (two of your choice: Lobio, Ajapsandali, Mcvane Lobio, Cicaka satenit)

 

Four-hour Master class

Preparing a three-course Georgian dinner

 

Crash course (2 days – 3.5 hours each) in the Georgian cuisine includes the 6 most popular dishes & a dessert

 

PRICES LIST

Two-hour master class £75 per person plus VAT

Three-hour master class £95 per person plus VAT

Three course dinner master class £120 per person plus VAT

Crash Course (two days 3.5 hours each) £250 per person plus VAT

Open Tuesday-Sunday from 18:00 to 23:00, Monday closed.
